As a student, we expect you to be critical, open-minded, professional and dedicated to achieving your goals. Being actively involved in school and community activities is enriching and we encourage you to voice your opinions and views in an open, honest and polite manner.

All students under the supervision of S4 must;

• Remain in regular contact with the organization through the mentorship, S4 website, or office
• Contact their mentors or S4 staff regarding any questions, concerns or challenges
• Report any incidents at school or at home that could have negative effects to the office
• Pass on and share any information received with fellow students who may be unaware
• Report any change of study, school, or address immediately to S4 and in accordance to the procedure outlined by S4. S4 maintains a database of all study-financing recipients studying in the Netherlands. Please assist us in keeping your file up-to-date.
• Send S4 annually their proof of registration at their school or a copy of their student card for the current school year.
• Send S4 no later the June 15^th of each year their grades up until the current school year. An official transcript or a printscreen version of their grades showing the total amount of ECTS-credits (studiepunten) obtained during the  entire study.
