In November 2004, St. Maarten Students Support Services (S4) was incorporated by Commissioner Sarah Wescot-Williams, to ensure the proper guidance and supervision of our students in the Netherlands. With the establishment of S4, students and parents can now look forward to a new era of clear and effective communication between everyone involved.

S4’s team of diverse and knowledgeable professionals will offer you the support services you need to successfully complete your education in the Netherlands.

The tasks duties and responsibilities of S4 are stipulated in a Service Level Agreement or “Samenwerkingsovereenkomst” between the Government of St. Maarten and S4. Our primary task is to provide the necessary support & assistance to our students in the Netherlands and to monitor and report the progress of these students to the Government of St. Maarten.
