These funds are partly grant and loan. The loan will have to be repaid with interest upon completion of your studies. The re-settling allowance of €400 should be used to furnish your room with the basic necessities, such as a bed, closet, desk, chair and a lamp, if your room is not already furnished. This amount will be deposited before you leave for the Netherlands on a student bank account at the Windward Islands Bank on St. Maarten. In order to receive the computer loan, you must submit a request and a pro forma invoice (offerte) from the company you plan to buy your computer from. Once you buy the computer with the funds you must submit the receipt as soon as possible.
